Dickson Plumbing LLC collects verbal opt-in consent from customers. Customers may opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location or during a phone call. When a customer registers for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if they would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys. Customers are verbally informed that message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and they can text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Customer information will not be shared with third parties.
